    The anonymous author of the political pamphlet claims in the preface that no one dared to publish the smuggled text in Leipzig the previous year, so it can only be printed now. In the caustic short characterisations, everyone besides the king and the palatine receives a few comments, including Kossuth, Batthyány, and Széchenyi.
